Our founder, Ryan, brings more than two decades of experience as a Maryland firefighter, EMT, and Civil Engineer to every inspection. Having seen firsthand the consequences of unsafe homes—and having lost his own childhood home to fire—he made it his mission to protect others through education, preparation, and care.
